Welcome to Wisho. By downloading, accessing, or using the Wisho website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Wisho provides templates for quotes, shayari, suvichar, and festival greetings for personal and social media sharing. You agree not to upload content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, infringing upon copyrights, or violating applicable Indian laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, greeting card graphic designs, layout styles, and app assets featured on Wisho are the proprietary intellectual property of Wisho Media Inc. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive license to customize and share images on social networks such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The standard version of the Wisho application is free of charge. If you choose to purchase any optional premium subscriptions or custom design packs in the future, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the service did not function as described, subject to Google Play Store billing terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wisho is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
